When you need the raw data, for a spreadsheet, your BI tool, or your accountant, the Exports tab in Metrics generates downloadable reports. It is admin-only, and every report respects the filter bar at the top of Metrics: the date range, the channels, and the team or agent you have selected.

The five reports

  • Conversations: one row per conversation: channel, contact, assignee, response and resolution times, message counts.
  • Messages: the full message log: timestamp, channel, direction, sender, delivery status and errors.
  • New contacts: contacts created in the period, with source, funnel stage, owner, and location.
  • Agent performance: per team member: conversations assigned, messages sent, resolutions, median reply time.
  • Template performance: per WhatsApp template: sends, delivered, read, and failure rates (needs WhatsApp in the channel filter).

Generate and download

1

Open Exports

Go to Metrics, then the Exports tab. Set the date range, channels, and team or agent in the filter bar first.
2

Pick a format

On the report’s card, choose CSV, XLSX, or PDF.
3

Click Generate

The request appears immediately in the Generated reports table below and moves through Queued, Generating…, and Ready on its own.
4

Click Download

Once the report is Ready, download it. Past reports stay in the table, so you can re-download them later.
The Exports tab in Metrics: the five report cards with format pickers, and the generated-reports table with a Ready download Reports are capped at 100,000 rows. A Capped badge tells you when a report hit the limit; narrow the date range and generate again. PDFs are a formatted snapshot capped at 2,000 rows. Use CSV or XLSX for the full set.

Other places you can export

  • Contacts: select contacts in the contact list and use Export CSV in the selection toolbar.
  • Broadcasts: a broadcast’s Destinations tab exports per-recipient delivery results. See WhatsApp broadcasts.
