How it works
Everything about your agent lives under AI configuration in the sidebar:- Control center is where you shape behavior: your business context, the agent’s primary language (Spanish, English, or Portuguese), response length, initiative level, and voice and tone. It also holds your AI agent team, specialized agents that each handle a type of need (for example qualifying leads, answering FAQs, presenting your offer), and your Transfer rules, which define when a conversation goes to a human.
- Knowledge base is what your agents know: your business information, organized so the AI can consult it when responding.
- Monitoring answers the two questions that matter: is the agent ready to launch, and once live, is it working correctly? Tests are generated automatically from your configuration; you never have to write them.
Where conversations happen
All plans include WhatsApp and Instagram, with Messenger coming soon. Conversations from every channel arrive in one shared Inbox, where you can watch the agent work, take over a conversation at any moment, and let the AI resume when you are done.
