# Your CLink page: one link for your business

> Build a public page with your logo, links, featured products, and an AI chat, then share it in your social bios, on WhatsApp, or as a QR code.

A **CLink** is a public page for your business at `ciarem.ai/@your-address`. It brings together your logo, a short description, your links (Instagram, WhatsApp, your website, and so on), products you choose from your catalogs, and a chat where visitors can talk to your AI agent. You put one link in your social media bio, send it on WhatsApp, or print it as a QR code, and customers find everything in one place.

Only administrators can edit it. Open **Channels → CLink** in the sidebar.

## Choose your address

Under **Public CLink** you pick the address of your page. It must be 3 to 40 characters, using lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only. Ciarem checks whether the address is free as you type. If it is taken you will see "This link is already in use. Try another one." and you cannot save until you choose a different one.

Once the page is saved, **Copy link**, **Share on** and **Show QR code** appear next to the address.

## Publish the page

The **Published** switch at the top of the page controls whether people can see it. While it is off, anyone who opens the address sees "This page doesn't exist". You can build and preview everything first and switch it on when you are ready.

The first time you publish, a dialog titled "Your CLink is ready!" shows your address and a QR code, so you can share it right away.

Remember to press **Save changes** after editing. Changes only reach the public page once saved.

## Fill in the page

* **Profile photo**: a round logo that helps clients recognize you.
* **Cover**: the large image at the top of the page.

Both accept PNG, JPEG, or WebP images up to 10 MB. Use **Upload** to add one and **Remove** to take it away.

* **Name**: the name shown at the top of the page.
* **Description**: a short text about your business, up to 300 characters.
* **Theme**: **Automatic** (the page follows the visitor's device setting; the default), **Light** or **Dark**. Whatever you choose, visitors can switch between light and dark with the button at the bottom of the page, next to the language picker; the chat follows the page.

### Links

Under **Links** use **Add link** to add social profiles or any other address, up to 12 in total. Each link has a kind (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, website, WhatsApp, email, or **Custom**) and the **Link** itself. Most kinds appear on the page as an icon in a row. A **Custom** link appears as a full-width button instead, so it also asks for the **Button text**. Drag links to change their order on the page. Saving the page with links turns on the Short links add-on, so every web link on the page goes through a short link with a **CLink** source and the Short links page shows its clicks by country and device. Only the page's links are affected: shortening the links your AI sends stays off until you turn it on in **Settings → Add-ons**.

For a WhatsApp link you can choose **Use my connected WhatsApp number** instead of typing the number.

### Catalogs

Under **Catalogs** you choose which of your [catalogs](https://help.ciarem.ai/using-ciarem/catalogs.md) appear on the page. Nothing is public until you switch it on: only the catalogs you show, and only the properties you choose, are visible to visitors.

Each catalog has a **Show on page** switch, off by default. When you turn it on, two more settings appear:

* **Shown on cards and in the product view**: pick up to 6 properties. The first two also appear on the product cards.
* **Description**: choose a text property to use as the product description, or **None**. If the catalog has a property with the key `description`, it is preselected.
* **Gallery** (optional): the photo uploaded on the record is the product's thumbnail and the first picture in its view, and each variant's photo joins the gallery on its own. Choose a file property to add its images to the gallery, or leave **None**. Only images count: a PDF or any other file in that property is never shown.

On the page, each shown catalog is a section titled with the catalog name. It shows 8 products in a row that visitors can swipe, then **View all (count)**, which opens the whole catalog with a search box. Products are listed newest first. Tapping a product opens it with all its images, the properties you chose, and its description. A product with variants shows its options (Size, Color, and so on) as chips, and the variants' photos join the gallery, with thumbnails under it; picking a chip or a thumbnail shows that variant's price and photo, and **Ask about this** names the chosen variant in the question it sends to the chat.

You can show any catalog. **Ask about this** appears on a product only when an AI agent can read its catalog, so visitors are never invited to ask about something the chat can't answer. When a catalog you show has no agent reading it, a note under the list says so, with a **Manage agent access** link to the AI agents page, where you give an agent access to the catalog.

If you do not have a catalog yet, this section tells you so and links to **Go to catalogs**.

### Featured products

Under **Featured products** you pick up to 12 records to highlight at the top of the page, in the order you want them shown. They can only come from catalogs you show on the page. Choose the **Catalog**, then press **Add** on each record.

If you switch a catalog off, its products are removed from **Featured products**, and a note tells you how many. If a record is deleted from its catalog, it shows "No longer available" in the editor and is removed from the page the next time you save.

If you show no catalog and feature no products, the page is laid out like a link-in-bio page: one column, with the chat under your links.

### Suggested questions

Under **Suggested questions** you write up to 3 short questions. They appear on the page as buttons that open the chat with that question. The page translates them automatically into English, Spanish and Portuguese, so each visitor sees them in their language.

## The AI chat on your page

The chat uses your organization's [website chat](https://help.ciarem.ai/channels/website-chat.md) channel. That means its settings apply to your page as well: if you turn the website chat off, change its color, or choose a different AI agent for it, the CLink chat changes too.

When you publish and you do not have a website chat channel yet, Ciarem creates one for you, as long as your plan includes website chat.

If your plan does not include website chat, the page still works. Visitors see your links and products, and if you have a WhatsApp number connected they get a WhatsApp button in place of the chat.

Conversations that start on your page arrive in your [Inbox](https://help.ciarem.ai/using-ciarem/inbox.md) like any other website chat conversation, and your AI agent answers them the same way.

## Live preview

Next to the form you see a live preview of the page that updates as you type. Use the **Phone** and **Desktop** toggle to see both layouts. The chat area in the preview is only a sample and does not respond.

On a phone, the preview does not sit beside the form. Tap the **Preview** button to open it, and **Close preview** to go back to editing.

## Statistics

Once the page is published, **Published** appears next to its name and a **Metrics** card appears above the editor. **View metrics** opens **Metrics → CLink** in the sidebar. Choose **7 days**, **30 days**, **90 days** or a custom range (up to 92 days) to see:

* **Views**: how many times the page was opened.
* **Link clicks**: how many times people tapped your links.
* **Product clicks**: how many times people tapped your products.
* **Chats opened**: how many times visitors started the chat.

Below the totals, **Views, link clicks and chats per day** draws a chart with one line for views, one for link clicks and one for chats opened, one point for every day of the period.

Below the chart:

* **Countries**: the 10 countries with the most views, each with its flag, number of views and share of the total. The rest are grouped under **Other**, and views where the country couldn't be determined appear as **Unknown**.

* **Where visitors come from**: how many views came from each source (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, **QR code**, **Direct** for people who typed or pasted the plain link, and **Other** for any other website, plus any name you gave a link under **Anywhere else**), with their share. Views from before this list existed have no source and aren't counted in it; a short note under the list says how many there are.

* **Clicks per link** and **Clicks per product**: each link (with its network's icon) and each product (with its photo) with its number of clicks and share, most clicked first. Click a link to open its Short links detail, with its clicks by day, country and device. A product that was deleted from its catalog shows as "No longer available".

When a period has no visits yet, the chart says "No visits in this period yet."

These are raw counts, not unique visitors. If the same person opens the page three times, it counts as three views, so treat the numbers as a trend rather than an exact headcount.

## Share your CLink

* Press **Copy link** and paste it into a WhatsApp status, an email signature, or a message. For a social network's bio, use that network's link from **Share on** (below).
* Press **Show QR code**, then **Download QR** to save the QR code as an image. Use it on flyers, business cards, a shop window, or a menu, and customers can scan it with their phone camera.
* Under **Share on**, press a network's icon to copy a link made for that network (for example, the Instagram one ends in `?s=ig`). Use each network's link there, so the statistics can tell where visitors come from.
* For anywhere else (a Reddit post, a newsletter, a flyer), type a name in **Anywhere else** and press **Copy link**. The name becomes the link's tag (`reddit` gives `?s=reddit`) and views from it show under that name in **Where visitors come from**. The names that got visits in the last 30 days appear under the box, so any admin can copy their links again.

The QR code carries its own tag (`?s=qr`), so scans show up as **QR code** under **Where visitors come from**. Visits from the plain link are counted by the website they came from, or as **Direct** when there isn't one.
