# Get the Ciarem app

> Install the mobile app, sign in with your Ciarem account, and find your way around the four tabs.

The Ciarem app puts the [Inbox](/using-ciarem/inbox) and your [contacts](/using-ciarem/contacts-and-stages) in your pocket: watch the AI agent work, take over a conversation from anywhere, and get a push notification the moment a customer needs a person. It is the same workspace as the web dashboard, with the same conversations, contacts, teammates, and AI configuration, so nothing has to be set up twice.

The app is built for the day-to-day of answering customers. Configuring your agent, channels, knowledge base, catalogs, and billing stays on the web dashboard.

## Install and sign in

The Ciarem app is available for iPhone and iPad on the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/app/id6800756731) (iOS 16.4 or later) and for Android on [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.ciarem.inbox).

Sign in with the same account you use on the web: your **Email** and **Password**, or **Continue with Google** if that is how you signed up. There is no sign-up inside the app. Create your account and workspace on the web first, and use the web sign-in page if you need to reset your password. If you belong to several organizations, check which one is active under **Settings > Switch organization** and change it there at any time.

The app follows your device language: English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Any other device language shows the app in Spanish.

## Find your way around

Four tabs run along the bottom of the screen:

* **Home**: your numbers at a glance. Admins see the workspace dashboard: a **Last 24 hours** / **Last 7 days** switch, then **Conversations**, **Handled by AI**, **New leads**, and **Awaiting reply** (which turns red whenever someone is waiting), a **New conversations** chart by channel (tap a bar for the breakdown), and **Contacts by funnel stage**. Agents see their own workload instead: **Assigned to you**, **Awaiting your reply**, **Resolved today**, and **Unread**, plus their session status. Pull down to refresh.
* **Inbox**: every conversation from every channel, with a badge for unread conversations. See [Inbox on mobile](/mobile/inbox-on-mobile).
* **Contacts**: your CRM as cards or as a funnel board. See [Contacts on mobile](/mobile/contacts-on-mobile).
* **Settings**: organization switching, notifications, appearance, and sign out. See [Notifications and settings](/mobile/notifications-and-settings).

The **Awaiting reply** count on Home is the same number as on the web: conversations where the last word belongs to a customer and a person is needed. Keep it at zero.

## Works offline, updates itself

The app keeps a copy of your recent conversations, the threads you opened, and the contacts you viewed, so it still shows them when you have no signal. Anything you send while offline (text, photos, voice notes, templates) is queued and goes out on its own as soon as you are back online. A message that cannot be delivered shows **Retry** and **Discard** under the bubble.

Updates arrive automatically. When a new version is required, the app briefly shows **Updating to the latest version…** on launch and reopens updated. You can also check by hand from **Settings > Check for updates**.

## On an iPad

On iPad the Inbox becomes a split view: the conversation list on the left and the open thread on the right, like the web. Home spreads its cards across the width, and the contact list shows two columns. The rest of the app keeps its phone layout.
