# Report a problem

> Send a bug report to Ciarem's team from the web app or the mobile app, with an optional screenshot.

Found something broken? Report it from inside Ciarem. Your report goes straight to the team that builds the product, together with the page you were on, so we can find the problem without a back-and-forth.

## On the web

**1. Open the report**

At the bottom of the sidebar, next to **Help center**, click the bug icon (**Report a problem**).

**2. Describe what happened**

Under **What happened?**, write what you were doing and what went wrong. Steps like "I opened a conversation, clicked Send, and the message stayed grey" help most.

**3. Add a screenshot (optional)**

Under **Screenshot (optional)**, paste an image (Ctrl+V, or Cmd+V on a Mac), drag one onto the window, or click to choose one. Images of up to 10 MB are accepted.

**4. Send it**

Click **Send report**. A confirmation appears, and you can keep working.

## When a page fails to load

If a page shows **Something went wrong**, click **Try again** first. If it keeps failing, click **Report a problem** on that same screen. Your report is linked to the error we recorded, so describe what you were doing just before it appeared.

## On the mobile app

Go to the **Settings** tab and, under **Resources**, tap **Report a problem**. Write what happened, tap **Add screenshot** to attach an image from your photos if you want, and tap **Send report**. If the app shows an error screen, the same **Report a problem** button is there.

## What happens next

Our team reviews every report. It includes your email, so we may write to you if we need more details. A report is not a support chat, so you won't get an automatic reply.
